Fence damaged

Some fence panels have come down along Black Horse Way. These have been down for a few weeks now. Initially checked with Swindon Borough Council and they said it wasn't their responsibility. If you could look at putting these panels back up as soon as possible, that would be great. I know that some of the local residents are worried about deer getting onto the road. Many thanks.

One lane of carriageway closed in each direction on bridge

The roadworks do not seem to have started. The repairs were due to be completed by last December.
No work has been carried out, and the remaining lanes open, are starting to show signs of wear, such as pot holes.
What is happening with this please ? If you are not going to do any work, at least open both lanes in each way, fill any potholes, and repaint the markings pease.

Waterlogged at the Subway near SN5 7YE and nobody can walk through it and have to go across the motorway in order to go the other way round. Its been 4 days now. I have to cross at motorway which is quite dangerous. Please if anyone could resolve this issue
