Hedge blocking access to school
13th June
The hedge on Brambletye Park Road alongside the school is overgrown and blocking access. It has been trimmed over the years but it has been allowed to incrementally cover more of the pavement each time.
This hedge needs to be severely cut back to the correct boundary to reveal the full width of the pavement.

Hedge at head height restricting use of pavement
10th June
At 15 Linkfield Lane - very busy road, to 2 schools, parents, children, pushchairs, hedge below head height narrowing the available pavement, needs cutting back at least to wall (land compulsorily purchased around 1960 to allow for pavement so annoying that pedestrians cannot use all of it)

Underpass footway is covered in graffiti
9th June
Graffiti artists are openly spraying their tags within the tunnel. This tunnel looks and feels nasty to walk through and is a bad advert for the Redhill central area as it makes it look run-down and crime-filled. I came across a man spray painting the walls today who said he had permission to do his spray painting from the council. I doubt this is true. I think that SCC should please make an effort to paint over the graffiti and have enforcement officers periodically visit to deter people spray painting this area, or perhaps at least have a sign prohibiting it and CCTV
