Road surface is deteriorating. Numerous sections of significant damage causing vehicles to weave around the pot holes to avoid them. Begins just before London Road junction all the way to the Mayfield Road lights going towards Dunstable. There are at least four large areas that are getting bigger. Also large pot holes in the same area on the other side of the road, when travelling out of Dunstable.

Two potholes opposite no 39 Jardine Way were first reported over 4 months ago when there was a line of three potholes - now two of them have joined into one larger pothole. Opposite Nos. 41 & 43 Jardine Way there two smaller potholes but they are along a sort stretch of road which is developing into a sort of gap which will get worse. Jardine Way is on a bus route

1. The Road surface was removed i believe a couple of years ago. 2. The kerbs are high for elderly reidents to step on and off creating a possible health and saftey issue. 3. The drop kerbs onto peoples Drives are starting to come away at various houses. 4.I previously asked for a time scale of when we will get a road surface and are yet to recieve a response. 5. When will this road surface be put down, what is the time scale ? 5. Is there a report avalible saying that the road surface is fine if there is please can i have it.

I reported this 7 weeks ago and today have been told that you cant find it! I broke my leg in this hole crossing the road. I checked last week and nothing has been done. Exit Sainsburys, turn right at mini roundabout, hole is near curb about 6 m along road. Shall I involve councillors or sue?
