On the corner of Oakway and Holywell Road
3rd August
This hedge was reported to you in January. You wrote to the owner in April. Nothing has been done, and in that time the hedge has now completely blocked the pavement and has become so overgrown that in places it's now overhanging the verge and the road. CBC, please can you do something about this!

Rain water drain blocked outside 268 Dunstable Road and all other drains heading toward the village
10th July
All the rain water drains in Dunstable Road, Studham are full of silt and weeds. I tried to clear the one outside my house but the silt is very deep and I could not clear it. On my walk back from the village I noticed all the drains I passed are in a similar state.

Entrance to Holywell Road from Dunstable Road
1st July
The initial part of Holywell Road is broken up in several places with several potholes which are getting larger and deeper. This is leading to disruption and damage to cars. Shock absorbers and wheel alignment Some potholes were patched up in the past. This did not last and it is essential for this small part of the road to be resurfaced. Please do not say that this does not need priority, as the potholes are deep and several. The damage to cars would be the responsibility of the council for failure to maintain. Please consider my request. Thank you. .

It's not large but it's deep and on a downhill slope on a road much used by cyclists.
It's deeper than it seems on the photograph and dangerous for cyclists as in the shade of the trees hence blends in with the dark tarmac.

27th May
Various items of Construction/Builders waste including a Sold sign, please see photo. It is quite difficult to see when driving at normal speed because the items are dumped in tall foliage. The photo does not show all the items and it is an unsuitable place to stop to take a photo. Please note; there have been issues in the past with making reports near Lamsey Farm because someone in CBC has wrongly claimed this is not a CBC area, however this is definitely CBC's section of the B440.

Tree branch hanging straight down in middle of Pedley Hill

This branch is hanging in a dangerous way which is straight down in the middle of the lane. Just missed my car but any higher this branch could spearhead straight into a car or motorcyclist resulting in someone needing emergency care. I Hope the picture I managed to take shows this branch clearly.
