Amber and Green lights not working on one pole
18th April
Only the red light appears on this one pole. The amber and green light have not shown for several weeks. Drivers at the front of the queue aiming to turn right at the roundabout (going back under the M621) cannot tell when to proceed until the red light is extinguished which causes momentary but consistent confusion.

Over hanging my roof / causing foot path damage
5th March
Out side No2 Cottingley Crescent there are a couple of very large trees overhanging my property - as I appreciate these were cut back last year I was advised they would be reduced in size as they are constantly causing problems with my house roof. I have a disabled son who uses a wheel chair and the roots of these trees are also causes problems to the foot path which causes difficulties with his wheel chair

Grass verge damaged through crossing / parking
5th March
As you turn onto Cottingley Crescent on the right hand side various residents insist on driving across the grass verge and parking on them causing damage to the grass - Also on Football match days visitors who do not live in the area insist on parking on them - I appreciate parking is available to everybody but not on verges - I would appreciate it if the verges could be sorted and bollards or a small fence installed to stop this - I pay my Council tax and own my property and would like the area to be kept nice

Illegal parking
24th October
Hi there is a local car business that keeps parking their customers' cars/vans on my street outside my house, so when i come home i can't park . they fill garnet road up with them, making a danger to life, as they obstruct anyone's vision when pulling out onto Garnet road. A a little lad as already been rushed to hospital regarding this. There very clever they park the cars outside my house or on my street after 5pm because they no with it been residents only parking, traffic wardens don't work after this, then round about 9.30am move them, so avoiding a parking ticket.i have left a note on there cars, and spoke to them, and they basically tell where to go. I think this is unfair as i and my neighbours have to apply for a parking permit each year , and this business is just parking anywhere with no regard to safety or mine or neighbours needs, there pick up truck loads and unloads at all hours during the the night as well. i do have cctv footage of them parking/moving early in the morning if required. I hope you can help as this is becoming unbearable and unsafe. my address is MR A JONES 30 OAKLEY TERRACE LS115HS 07597424757

Cars parked in disabled areas.
25th July
There is always all the disabled bay been parked in by non blue badge holders, and when the traffic warden comes round they never ticket them even though they are not meant to be parked there with no blue badge. This is making it impossible for me with a blue badge holder to be able to park anywhere near my flat. Sometimes I had to park the other side of estate, as they are always full by people who dont have blue badge on display. This is on the car park outside Cottingley Heights Leeds. This has been an ongoing problem for the past year but it is now twice in the last two weeks that I seen traffic warden do nothing, even after I have told them about it.
