Abandoned vehicle

This car has been here for almost 7 years and not only is it an eyesore but it impedes my drive and neighbours garages. I have reported this to both the police and Kirklees council but both day it's not their issue.

water pollution
This leaking accommodation unit was reported to the staff on arrival to this road.
They looked, shrugged & continued on smoking & banging their dirty tools on the road.
On top of the pollution of the local fields, drains & rivers, the health & safety of the job they are undertaking on the road itself is shockingly scary, hanging off a collapsed road with zero temporary works to keep them or pedestrians safe!

Parking blocking carriageway

Cars are parking from the dog groomers along the roadside all the way upto the traffic lights making it impossible for larger vehicles to filter left and get enough swing without blocking the junction

Parking on zigzags outside school
2nd December
Continuous parking on zigzag lines outside high school and other cars parking across property driveways whilst dropping / picking kids at the high school causing long tailbacks daily, unnecessary congestion and dangerous conditions for pedestrians.

Speeding cars
3rd March
Can speed bumps be installed along Butts Road close to the junior school. Surrounding villages have speed calming measures in place but none have been installed in Farnley Tyas. Can somebody from Highways explain why. Kind regards Mr L J Davies

At the first metal 5 bar gate above the railway bridge there is a huge hole at the side of the road - on the right travelling uphill hole at the

The hole has been created by all the recent rain, but is neutrality to cause serious damage to vehicles, as are others further up the hill.

Cars on private parking constantly block pavement preventing access to buggies and wheelchairs. How this parking was ever accepted by planning dept is beyond me!

These houses have built parking slots that are too small for their cars, hence they constantly block the pavement. Please check planning permission!

At the top of the road, the trees are high and make it nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of the Junction.

Ellerburn northgate. Approx 6.15pm. Friday 13/07/2018 vehicle travelling south smashed into roadside warning bad bend. parts of sign infrastructure demolished. Sign sited adjacent to pavement where children walk to school. Bt telegraph pole also damaged. Driver fled scene. We tidied up most of debris. Area requires inspection & repairs.
