A tree has snapped off on verge between 102 & 104 Vicarage lane, all that is supporting it is the power cables which are significantly deformed a quick glance makes it look as if the tree is simply leaning. Its not, it has broken off approximately 2 mtrs up from the main tree behind it. This is Council owned land.!

Parking on junction

Theres a silver Vauxhall mall eo12 suv parked on the junction for a week now I know because I left a note to let them know of parking. The owner doesnt even live on fairway but on loftin way. This area needs to be double yellow as I nearly had accident coming into the road as cars coming out of fairway have to go other side of road to see to pull out. Its been so many near accident over last 4 years u can see by the mud on the what was grass this car and a couple others keep parking on road and grass ruining our road and causing massive dangerous accidents waiting to happen! Our road gets used as a race track as its a through road.

Depressed road gutter drain
potholed approx 6" deep but unavoidable in carriageway.
Potholed sunken drain surround has been there for several years and is getting worse. Unavoidable for cars causing damage to tyres and wheels and very dangerous for cyclists/motor cyclists. Can`t be long before causes fatality due to hitting it or trying to avoid it. Please fix this.
