Bushe/trees overhanging footpath

The footpath that is adjacent to number 50 Woodcroft that leads to the cycle track is almost impassable due to the above, also the path itself is in a poor condition and very liable to cause a trip or fall.

Parking near properties when theres a green!

4 houses along this street look directly onto this green. We have no problem with people parking nearer the road on the green but right outside our properties??? Its inconsiderate. We have our own cars which, in emergencies we may have to bring to our properties and ambulances may have to as 2 residents elderly and 1 disabled. The properties were acquired to look on a green, not the side of other peoples cars! Parking has been going on the green for some years and not been a problem but they are getting nearer and nearer to the houses.
