The bin desperately needs emptying

People are leaving rubbish all over and around the layby (as if taking it home is out of the question) but clearing this up and emptying the bin (with perhaps a monthly, or dare I say WEEKLY collection) might inspire people to keep the area in better condition

This lane has not been serviced for many years, resulting in numerous deep potholes which is likely to cause problems to vehicle suspensions

More potholes are now reappearing. The deep one recently was filled in (temporarily?) but the width of the road is now getting very dangerous with several potholes.
