Part of large poplar tree has come down on Thursday 26 June
along the highway of Pound Lane. Rest of the tree is still standing on a lean and now needs urgently removing
A large trunk section of the poplar tree has ripped off in the high winds crushing the highway hedge and went across the road. (This was reported at the time so will be on your records). Road width now clear, however, the rest of the tree is precarious and hanging over the road on a lean and needs urgently removing as there are high winds. Our land registry redline boundary map shows that our boundary is on the inside of the hedge where the poplar is growing. It shows that the hedge is not legally part of our land.
