A delivery of what looks to be soil has been left at a property opposite where the shop was which is covering the footpath and extending out into the road. There are no warning lights and could potentially be driven into by an unsuspecting driver.

Dear Sirs, You have recently been working in Drake St Welland, doing a good job resurfing the road and lifting drain covers,but all of a sudden all men and machinery went and never came back, as the rest of the road is all marked out along with drain covers to be lifted, we in Welland would like to know when you might be back to finish the job?

Bins overflowing and rubbish scattering around!
6th August
All bins surrounding Welland Park are over flowing and full to the brim. Rubbish is falling out and blowing all over the park and roads. The dog poo bin is also overflowing and unusable. Please help make our village tidy again! I have lived in Welland for over 6 years and never seen the bins as they are! Thank you.

Pavement damaged & potholed
8th February
Lorries/cars parking on pavement have damaged it and broken kerbstones outside my property. This is aggravated by an overflowing drain running down the road. The situation is getting worse by the day.

Illegal parking
17th May
Business Vehicles at 10 Welland Gardens, 'Garden Interest, Landscape, Design, Construction'(flat bed truck, mobile unit, large flat bed trailer), one or more of these are parked on a regular basis, on the road and pavement in a residential village close, obstructing the view of other drivers and restricting access to driveways opposite and adjacent to.
Parked overnight on bend - no street lights. Very dangerous. Several near collisions witnessed.

Upper Welland Road Surface susbstandard
10th July
The road surface along the length of Upper Welland Rd requires complete replacement. The length is peppered with pot-holes and recent utility works have exacerbated the problem so that the road surface is now in such a poor state it both damages a vehicles suspension and causes the vehicle to suddenly and unexpectedly veer off course. There is a particularly deep pot hole that has been caused when recent attempts at rectification have sunk due to poor maintenance.
