This looks like a bmx course than a road
21st March
This road from the house onwards is in poor repair. It is unadopted land but was last repaired by the council which surely admits ownership. The rugby club have done what repairs they can to make it safe for their patrons given the limited funding, however the whole road needs resurfacing from the tennis courts all the way to the rugby club. The rugby club hosts a variety of the areas sports club as well as rugby including: wrestling club, gym, aspull juniors, falconry as well as the forestry school. These are all vital groups which improve the Borough and sufficient infrastructure repairs to the road are necessary to make this a safe place for these activities to continue. The road also feed the Village on the Green and some houses nearby which pay council tax, yet are not receiving the benefits in reparations of the road.

Car parked dangerously and illegally on double yellow lines outside my flat.
12th July
Car registration number MD69 FJZ parked illegally on double yellow lines and dangerously right on the corner of Upper Dicconson Street and Grayson's Close Wigan. I wouldn't have reported this but the rear of the car is sticking out dangerously away from the kerb and it is ridiculously parked. This is a permit zone also so it is illegally parked in several ways. I have been out visiting my parents so i don't know how long it has been parked there.

Trees blocking traffic lights
10th June
As you come down central park way from the hospital, to turn left onto greenough street, the traffic light on your left on the pavement at the junction is completely covered by trees and cannot be seen. In the last week the number of people jumping reds there seems to be ridiculous. Maybe because they can't see the lights. The trees need clipping back as this is going to cause a crash or someone is going to get run over.

Several potholes on cut through from standishgate to tesco, where the cut though narrows. A regular route used by many school children from St Mary and St John Primary School and Mabs Cross Primary School. Children are tripping and getting injured here, and with the broken glass and disused drug paraphernalia often present in this alley, trips can result in very nasty injuries.

Vehicles blocking access to gates and rubbish being dumped
30th July
These vehicles are always parked. It makes access to the gates difficult and should there be a fire, the emergency service couldn't gain access. A lot of rubbish is being dumped, usually outside the walls of other people's homes instead of their own. It is only a matter of time before this attracts vermin. It can only be people from either Swinley Street, Swinley Lane or Heaton Street as they're the only ones with access.

Sleeping in caravans in street
3rd February
Travellers are renting a house in the street they have a caravan in front of the house and a mobile home that they sleep in. The caravan as cable running across the pavement to the house usually at night which is a major trip hazard they also put a step on the pavement and there is a gas bottle at the front of it a gas bottle feet away from cars. The council say it's a police matter because it's a public highway.

Microwave dumped in Street
rubbish left behind street on St Patrick's car park.
The above microwave has been left dumped outside a house in Chatham Street and the remains of the fireworks have been left behind the houses in Chatham Street. Only last week I removed a load of bottles from behind theses houses and from in the bushes and there are still a lot more, can you please remind me of why we pay council tax? As I'm the one removing other people's rubbish. Perhaps cctv cameras set up around these areas may deter the flytippers. The area has become a dumping ground. And more bins along the canal bank may be useful.
