The pedestrian lights in Brownhills High Street keep stopping the traffic when nobody is there causing delays to traffic, the button lights up straight away on the crossing as if being pressed straight after road lights change to green.

Manhole cover/access is lose and bangs as traffic goes over it
30th May
Have been hearing a bang/bang as traffic moves along salters road. When going to local shops I was able to see and hear where it came from. Not sure what is underneath but it is obviously lose and We have slot of heavy lorries passing through due to local brickyards. The potential for a bigger issue is real.

Black cock bridge accident
29th March
The black cock bridge is a blind bridge theres been another accident just today at 10:45. There are NO SIGNS to indicate its a blind bridge like I have seen for other bridges in Walsall? How many accidents does there have to be for some kind of signage to be put up? This is a safety issue and myself and other neighbours have reported previously in accidents. There needs to be some kind of sign to stop all of these accidents

Sign on footpath blocks drivers view turning right
16th March
As you can see by the picture a driver trying to turn right out of Lidl cannot see up the road as a business sign is blocking their view. The business sign is on the public footpath and should be removed. Risk here is a car can't see left and pulls out and gets hit by an oncoming car.

40.or 50mph?
26th February
The speed limit signs are confusing and appear altered by someone - there 40mph signs mixed with 50mph signs at random intervals. The original speed limit was 50mph so has this been changed or has someone just put up 40mph signs. Really important for the signs here to be accurate as there are multiple speed cameras on this road and it's causing great confusion.

Conflicting speed limit signs
21st February
At the point of the road where the speed limit changes from 30, the left side new speed limit sign has been changed to 40, while the right side speed limit sign remains at 50. Furthermore, along this stretch of Chester Road there is a mixture of 40 and 50 repeater signs, which makes it very confusing. There are no signs on entering this stretch of road to say that there is a new speed limit in force (the original speed limit was 50)

Keep left central divider
23rd January
The new central lane divider put in for the lidl project can only be seen when yards from the barrier. This is due to 1.it being shadowed by a tree. 2 it is in a dark location any way. 3. It's not illuminated. Someone will miss judge this straight stretch of road and go to over take and smash this down once the store is open, due to the fact of people slowing down to use the store. More lighting or better signage needed
