Residents from flats in Reaper Close have started parking their cars on a piece of grassed area at the rear of numbers 1 to 9 Sowers Gardens WV12, they have already taken over the parking area which was originally allocated to residents of 1 to 9 Sowers Gardens, but we object to the little bit of greenery we have being ruined and would be grateful if this problem can be resolved many thanks.

This Biffa commercial bin has been abandoned on the highway (Charles Holland Street) since before Christmas. It is overflown and now very smelly (we can't open our home's windows). I reported it to Walsall council before Christmas but they have been unable to remove it. Both I and Colin (Walsall Council) contacted Biffa but they will not remove it.
