Armed police swoop into Page Road in Clacton after incident
Armed police were deployed to Page Road in Clacton following reports of people with firearms. Officers arrested a 31-year-old man from London on suspicion of being concerned in the production of a controlled drug. Chief Inspector Ella Latham stated, "We appreciate that this response would have caused a lot of local concern. Our officers acted quickly, and we are carrying out multiple enquiries today as part of this investigation."
