Some careless driver has completely knocked over the sign to "south Milton" on the A 381. If like me you are not local you miss the turning!! I reckon the vehicle sustained considerable damage

These areas hAve been left after works we’re done on the path

We had grass in these areas - Now they are just left as mud and people continue to park on them - please can we have them re-wilded and not just left as unsightly mud pits only to end up being a quagmire as soon as it rAins

Shakes the car every time. Channel dug/filled across the road has subsided significantly and is almost as bad as a pothole.

Noisy drain cover
23rd April
I write concerning a drain cover fitted circa 3-4 months ago. It is opposite the entrance toRiverside Flats, Kingsbridge at TQ7 1LJ. The drain is on the estuary side of the road. I would appear to have not been seated correctly onto the drain. It now makes a very loud clunking noise when ever a vehicle goes over it. This is very jarring and disturbing for the local residents and is very much a pubic nuisance as it is. Will DCC kindly look at it with a view to eliminating the noise. Thank you. Mr. BV Toms

Huge Potholes

Numerous potholes to be avoided. Devon County Council shows no interest in making this road safe and continues to ignore calls for repairs. Brought up in Kingsbridge Town Council meetings (minutes April & May) but still no action. Any damage, recommend seeking compensation from Devon Highways, Devon County Council Lucombe House, County Hall, Exeter, EX2 4QD.

Weeds in the street ~ Highfield estate
Kingsbridge.
Since the streets are seldom swept any more (usually just before elections), silt is building up in the gutters and various weeds and plants are now thriving in the gutters and on the pavements. It really looks unsightly and does nothing for civic pride and I'm sure does not help boost the tourist trade on which so many businesses are dependent. Please can we have our streets swept regularly again.

Blocked pavement

Between Butts Farm and Horseman's Close, opposite the junior school and the footpath between the Ring O Bells and Kingsbridge School the pavement is blocked in many places due to overgrown plants, nettles and brambles. Pedestrians are in danger of being (and have been) hit by cars, scratched and stung

This has been repaired no more than 12 months ago. This time the are aof damage is larger and extends up the hill. This pothole affects all traffic travelling up west Alvington Hill on left part of the carriageway.
