Pot hole on Sands Road at TQ7 2QN

An elongated pot hole is on the bend between Olive house TQ7 2QN and the Queens Arms, Slapton. As a motorcycle user I find this hole lies on the natural line for riding around this bend in the road.

Pot hole on Prospect Hill
Slapton
Prospect hill is narrow and only the width of a car plus motor cycle. As a scooter and bike rider the pot hole is likely to damage tyres. Higher up Prospect hill the County has marked many holes in readyness for repairs but have ignored quite a number in the village.

Deep pothole on extremely busy road
31st July
A really deep, skeleton-jarring pothole as you turn into the car park of Slapton Sands. It's probably not dangerous to the main road, but will slow cars entering the car park...and that could cause problems.

Persistent dog fouling
22nd February
Outside my property there is a notice regarding the byelaws concerning dog fouling. I step out of my car into dog mess, and this morning as I stepped out of my gate there was dog mess right in front of me.This is a continuing problem in Slapton. Dogs running of the lead 200 yds on front of their owners (They don't see what their dogs do, or the deliberate dog walkers who just don't give a damn. These people are breaking the law, and even worse leave dog mess for people to tread in. Can you please do som ething about this.

Overflowing drainage system
30th December
There has been a reasonable amount of rain lately, but nevertheless this drainage cover often overflows down the road in winter. I thought it would be worth flagging, as it's treacherous to walk up the steep hill when a stream of water's coming down the other way,

No collection for three weeks
26th February
Dear sirs,
My mother hasn't had her rubbish collected for three weeks now. A neighbour in the village rudely/dryly said that if we didn't tip the rubbish men at Christmas (which she didn't: she is on a pension and can hardly afford to pay the bills) then they won't bother collecting her bins.
She, as everyone else in Slapton, pays her council tax with the assumption your bin collectors will do just that. Can you please ensure that her bins - whatever the colour: brown, black, green - are collected this week, and would you also contact us both to explain the inexcusable three-week delay?
Yours,
William
