Several deep and wide potholes
25th May
These potholes are an ongoing long term problem. They are often patched up but quickly re-form as soon as a period of heavy rain occurs. Due to parked cars throughout the day adjacent to the potholes, they are very difficult to avoid.

Tarmac surface invisible because of farm mud
7th January
I know the farmer has a rotten job in wet weather, but he also has a duty to keep the road surface clear of mud. This mud is so thick that the road surface is completely covered. It needs serious attention. Walking along it is more like walking across a field than along a road

Incorrectly positioned new trail sign at Swannaton Road
21st May
The new Dartmouth Jubilee trail/walk is being signosted right now. IT differs from the route published in Dartmouth as the route was being planned. A sign has been erected sending people down Swannaton Road instead of sending them to Little Dartmouth. This means that the route will not work. It does not join up.

Unauthorised Road Signs
15th May
Two road signs have appeared, and seem to be concreted into place. Both are for Beacon Park Cottage, a property off Jawbones Hill, approached from the summit. One is at the junction with the A379, the other is by the now closed Sunday rubbish tip a small way into the lane leading to the property.
