Lazy dog owner strikes again.
22nd July
It has been dog mess free here for a short while but now seems to be on the return. Some signs along the grass here about dog fouling and the penalties for not clearing up might help.

Several large potholes and very poor surface
12th July
The entire junction area at Middle Street/Brewers Lane, at the North end of the main bus stop by the car park and outside Lucky Boat, is extremely poor with many large potholes more than 5cm deep and some loose granite kerbstones. It is particularly bad just after the give way for Westbound traffic coming from Middle Street.

New post put up but no sign Cumber Drice Brixham
7th June
On 13/8/24 I reported that the sign had been knocked over. It was removed. Then the Council put in a new post. But the sign which was to show how pedestrians could walk through to Furzham Road has never been replaced. A waste of time and money putting in a replacement post and then not putting anything on it.

Areas in Cumber Drive, Cumber Close and foot path by Cumberland Green need the grass and weeds cut down as it is now in some places about a meter high. These areas always seem to be at the back of the queue for maintenance.

Road cannot cope with ambulances
10th May
On Thursday 1 May an ambulance was stuck on the bend. Slipped back on road surface. Needed to be pushed by crew and passers by. This not safe for patient in ambulance. In addition I worry that my newly plastered house will again get hit by a sliding vehicle. They missed by inches.

Parking restriction sign missing on Berry Head Road Brixham
28th April
Until recently there was a sign on street light 11 on Berry Head Road Brixham which advised that there is 'No parking between 8:00 am and 6:00pm 1st May to 30th September.' It is now missing. I have not seen any notices on street lights in that area advising a change in parking restrictions so I am assuming that I could park there between 1st Oct to 30th April. Yesterday someone had and they had a parking ticket on their car.

Parking restriction signs missing on North Furzeham Road Brixham
28th April
On North Furzeham Road Brixham there are 3 poles (situated on opposite side road between the street lights 5 and 9). I am confident that until quite recently they had signs on stating 'No motor caravans between 8:00pm and 8:00am'. Someone who did not know about the parking restrictions might get a parking fine.
