Possible dog left in van overnight

These are parked on Summer Lane, Brixham, outside the former Laywell nursing home (which has been experiening recent illegal activities in the grounds). A dog is suspected being kept in the larger of these vans, or someone is living in it. People have been observed coming and going at all hours of the day and night.

This manhole cover in the centre of the road is unsafe as the road supporting it is falling away. Dangerous, particularly for motorcycles. The damaged area is roughly outside 21 Chestnut Drive.

On North Boundary Road (see map) there is a sort of lay by. On one part of it the hedge from an adjacent property has grown so much it is partially blocking the pavement. Anyone using a mobility scooter or wheelchair or pushing a pram or pushchair would struggle to get by, Plus it is frequently used to deposit dog poo bags.

Water pouring along New Road Brixham

Water appears to be coming out of gully drain/pavement near 141 New Road Brixham. It then travels along the gutter and down gully drain near 135 New Road. Even when it has not rained for a few days the water is still there. When this happened previously on this section of New Road it was because the stream which is in a culvert under New Road had breached the culvert.

This car has been parked there for nearly a week , blocking the pavement, someone has already pushed/ knocked the door mirror back nearest the fence as they couldnt get by, anyone pushing a wheel chair or push chair have to walk in the road,

Pothole 60cm long
40cm wide and 7cm deep
This pothole has been getting bigger over the last few months. It is also causing a large area of gravel next to it , which is a slip hazard. When it rain the pothole fills up and then when a car goes over it, water and gravel are thrown up over my kitchen window.

Pollution during roadworks

Tuesday 3/12/24 10. 15 pm. Roadworks at Windy Corner. We live above the shops. No information or warning of late night working again. Tonight white powder being sprayed into the air from vehicle. My wife has Pulmonary Fibrosis, this is a Health Hazard. I demand an answer as to why we have not been informed of these work details. This is the 3rd night late night works have been in force. I have a video of the pollution being expelled by the vehicle.

This Volkswagen Crafter white van (registration FV60 UKW) had a clamp fitted on the front wheel passenger side months ago. It has a notice 'An offence report has been passed to the DLVA for enforcement action'. But nothing has happened with it. Now someone has been trying to break into the rear doors.

The 30mph road signs on the Brixham Road approaching Lupton House from Brixham towards Churston are completely covered by overhanging trees and hedging on both sides of the road. This is where the roadspeed drops from 40 to 30.

Road surface is dangerous

Potholes, and badly repaired potholes have made this road very dangerous, particularly for bikers and cyclists for its entire length. Some motorists have had damaged tyres as well. The road has been like this for some considerable time and really needs proper resurfacing.
