Footpath closed due to failure of retaining wall
25th July
This is quite a difficult junction to pull out of due to parked vehicles and restricted visibility exacerbated by the closure of the footpath due to the failure of a homes retaining wall.
This has been like this for years now and think it is high time the council pressured the home owner to resolve.

Left hand traffic lane being blocked off due to people parking up to go to sandwich shop
7th July
18 months ago Nads Baps opened up and has caused traffic problems, its by traffic lights at crossroads on double yellows but every day from 8.00 till 2.00 the left hand lane is put out of action due to traffic pulling up going to the sandwich shop or fisherman shop, and although there vehicles are only slightly on the road its enough to put the lane out of action. On the opposite side there are railings, and across the crossroads there are bollards to prevent this from happening, traffic is not only backing up on upper manor road but also old torquay rd and people are missing the lights, people are not just popping in for a sandwich and going they are sitting down at the outside tables and can be there for up to 15 to 20 mins and when they go the next one pulls up and that go's on until it shuts something has to be done.
