The road markings have virtually completely worn away. The road markings are very crucial at this junction separating opposing traffic wishing to turn right from each direction Paignton/Torquay. Anyone not familiar with the junction layout could cause issues.

The area between the temporary traffic lights on Oldway road is full of foliage and debris. There is a road drain completely blocked with silt. The gutter on the Oldway side behind the Heras panels is full of plants

Mobile home parked in dangerous position for the past 3+ weeks.
3rd April
When driving from Preston Down Road along Duchy Drive past Templar Road a parked mobile home obstructs the view around the corner. Drivers have to pull on to the off side of the road further reducing the view around the corner. There is in my opinion a great danger of a head on collision on this bend.

Not just him lots are causing bottlenecks

They are parking on a raised cured in the pavement, but the van leans into the road , so only one lane of traffic can get through , buses , double deckers are struggling to get past . The van I knew to parking there , there are two other cars that cause terrible issues because they do t want to walk 100 yards !

Uneven dropped curb at crossing point
1st December
The dropped curb for pedestrians to cross outside of Sainsburys leading to Brookfield close is un even and not lined up with the road. This has lead to a serious fall where a 73 year old lady with wheeled walking aid was caused to trip and fall seriously cutting open her forehead. An ambulance was required. Please fix this as soon as possible.
