Parking too close to a junction
2nd March
A yellow Seat Ibiza is consistently parking at the exit to the junction of Furze Cap onto Strap Lane, This means when exiting the road the exiting car is on the wrong side of the road to exit and entering cars can't come in. Many times now entering cars turn in to find they have to stop suddenly as exiting cars are in the way coming around this parked car obstruction. The traffic moves relatively fast on Strap Lane and is near an unsighted corner causing those cars to have to stop suddenly too. This has been occurring now for 3 months

Cannot see road lines or cats eyes due to dirt
25th January
The road is so dirty that in the dark you cannot see where the white line in the centre of the road is or the cats eyes in the centre of the road. Even the signs that are placed in the road at different points cannot be seen u till last minute due to them being covered in dirt. I have seen cars swerve on the road as they havent been able to see where theyre going

Bad parking
25th April
On leaving Little Hayes quite often the view of on coming traffic is obscured by vehicles parking too near to junction ,now commercial vehicles are starting to park there , one of them belonging to Gilpin demolition is very large and parks part on the grass verge that being on a curve makes it even worse, when leaving the the junction it makes it dangerous because you just cannot see oncoming traffic.

Loose and very noisy street drain grill / cover at the side of 12 Eagle Close
19th October
Very loud "Clunk Clunk" noise whenever a car drives over a loose street drain, at side of house. It would be amazing if this could be fixed as it is causing disturbed sleep every night (no exaggeration).

to the doors and windows of the property.
New lighting installed by the builders of kingsteignton school have installed around 20 led white lights that shine directly at mine and other residents properties that are on chudleigh road in kingsteignton. The light shines into my house and will be left on all night, I believe it will affect at least 10 properties who face onto the building.

Litter
litter
Litter, litter, litter! Everywhere! Literally hundreds of pieces of litter the whole length of the Claypitts way. Even a duvet / cushion. Strangely enough this has only happened in the last 5 days? Maybe litter has all blown out of one of those badly designed recycle vehicles?

Dangerous junction - cannot see approaching cars travelling at speed - cannot turn head far enough to see the cars approaching round a bend who cannot always pull over to avoid merging slow traffic. Too risky!
14th August
When this was originally planned the traffic was less and almost always sufficient gaps on the dual carriageway would allow the speeding inside car to pull over in an emergency to allow a merging car to pull out. Now attitudes and skills have changed to the worse and danger is building with padding year.

No visibility of traffic coming from the right on Strap lane when pulling out of Furze Cap
9th July
Since the new Clay Pitts Way was built it has become more and more dangerous when trying to pull out from Furze Cap. The reason being is that traffic leaving the roundabout on to Strap Lane have a sharp bend with no warning of traffic pulling out. When trying to pull out of Furze Cap onto Strap Lane you have no visibility of the traffic exiting onto Strap Lane until you start or have pulled out. At times due to the speed of drivers they have almost been in the boot of my/others cars.
