Lack of speed restriction sign on Mossey Green Way

Travelling south on Mossey Green Way the speed limit reduces from 40 to 30 on entering the roundabout with Bellpit Road & Park Lane. On leaving the roundabout there is no sign to tell the motorist the limit returns to 40, although a few hundred yards on there are repeater 40 signs.

Proctor Avenue/Bryce way junction

Although speed humps and a ramp have been installed at the Bryce Way junction with Proctor Avenue, vehicles continue to just pull out off Bryce way into Proctor Avenue. This occurs on a regular basis. Drivers do not look right when pulling out. This has been happening for sometime and is getting worse with the increase in housing

Speeding vehicles

Since the new development started there has been speeding along Proctor Avenue. This is speeding from both residents but also the HGVs and all development traffic. A footpath crosses proctor avenue as marked on the map and children ride bikes up and down the path. The problem has previously been reported to Persimmon homes and nothing has changed. There really needs to be traffic calming.

Private Bins Near Greggs & Morrisons Not Being Emptied Regualrly.

I accept that these are privately owned bins and not a TWC issue but they are overflowing on a regular basis over the previous month or so and I believe this is now causing an environmental health issue near to several food outlets and a supermarket. The rubbish is largely food container waste which will further cause concern now the weather is warming up. Please refer to the EHO's and not the grounds maintenance team who I know are aware of the issue.
