Wrythe Recreation Ground anti social behaviour
27th June
There has been an increase in anti social behaviour since installation of new bench in Wrythe Recreation Ground running parallel to Brookfield Avenue. The shouting and swearing starts from 3pm and continues until 7pm. In last week I have observed the same group of kids destroy a laptop, ride around on electric bikes and remove & destroy a sapling tree from somewhere. The group meets everyday including weekends. The introduction of the new bench has led to this group setting up camp around it for a 4 hour period each day and causing an ongoing disturbance to residents. I'm not against youths meeting in the park. Just they're within earshot causing distress and disorder to local residents on daily basis over the last 3 weeks and expected to continue into the future

Retaining wall bowing into the pavement
fencing has partly collapsed outwards
The retaining wall separating this property from the pavement have been steadily bowing out towards the pavement for a few months. Looks like the wooden fencing above it has also become unstable and fallen out towards the pavement as well. It's looking like the wall will collapse onto the pavement soon.

Over flowing waste bin Wigmore Walk - the bin has also been moved to another location on the grassed area. It used to be on the beginning of the grassed area by Wigmore Road, now it has been moved further up so I would assume that's why its not being emptied every day anymore.
