Overgrowth and low branches

The area of landscaping to the right of Windsor Court has been unkempt for months and desperately needs to be cut back. Bushes and creepers have overgrown the property line and are obstructing a green comms box and the pavement, with no end of litter and leaves caught underneath. Tree branches hanging over the pavement are also extremely low.

The wild area behind the bench by the bus stop, which I believe is land attached to Surrey Court, is awash with litter, including a white bin bag full of it.
