fencing has partly collapsed outwards
The retaining wall separating this property from the pavement have been steadily bowing out towards the pavement for a few months. Looks like the wooden fencing above it has also become unstable and fallen out towards the pavement as well. It's looking like the wall will collapse onto the pavement soon.

Footway blocked
7th June
Footway blocked. Street tree leans towards 4 Grosvenor Avenue narrowing Footway at best of times but the privet hedge at number 4 is seriously overgrown so the Footway is now impassable. You have to walk in the road to get past. The property is currently being renovated and extended into flats. Workmen at 4 have been asked to get the absent owner to cut the hedge back but it is getting worse as the hedge grows and nothing has been done.
