Pot hole has appeared after getting driveway done

This hole recently appeared & is getting progressively larger by the day. This is by a major cross way on a main road. School children, elderly & disabled walk past this tripping hazard constantly on the way to school & the doctors surgery etc. I have witnessed several people trip on this hole already including myself.

Overhanging my shed

Someone came to my property to see what wad happening with the tree. Works were carried out in Rawnsley Avenue on three of the four trees. Leaving the one that is directly behind my property. Whilst I understand the weather has had a lot to do with them not returning. It has been three weeks since they were here. Are the tree surgeon's coming back to cut back and prune the tree, ASAP?
