Hazardous bin blocking pavement being filled with dog faeces
15th January
The council tenants have moved out of the property around 2 months ago. The bin has been left blocking the pavement ever since. There is no lid on the bin and its too heavy to move - people are now using it to dispose of dog faeces and it is overflowing. There is a school and nursery nearby and the councils continued inactivity is now presenting a risk of toxocariasis. The bin needs to be removed urgently.

We left the royal marsden hospital my partner very sick and drove over at his huge pothole the car banged and shuddered and the tyre who h was new burst

Its on Sutton Road close to downs road near the hospital look for the sign Sutton Road and its on left side turning off downs road its so obvious in the day time but in the night when it happened we couldnt see it to avoid it

Both pot holes are between High down and Sutton Lane on Downs road on the High Down side. Cars are almost stopping to get round them both and they're really dangerous on a 60 mph road.
