Keeping the vehicle on the middle of the road

This is ridiculous.the council need to take action. Every night these craps are parking their cars like this manner. Door number 22,27 in ST62DW lindley street. They won't mind in other residents difficulties. Every morning some one has to knock their doors to move the cars. This habit started in just two months time. We have repeatedly reported this to council .No action yet taken.
There are poorly elderly people living in this street because of this nuisance behavior everyone is suffering. Kindly take action

Illegal/annoying Parking middle of the road

We are living at the 28 door lindley street and this vehicle is causing miserable obstruction for us to park and take our vehicle . Several time I have personally called council to report these type of parking on this street. Car VU10MWZ is parked on this street almost 3days back, the car is having an accident on the left front bumper also.

Traffic lighrs facing the wrong way

When turning left down towards KIA Cobridge, you have to wait in the middle of the junction, there is no traffic lights facing you to show the green arrow (if there is one) or doesnt show you when its safe to go, or when other traffic is coming to a stop.
There is 3 traffic lights facing the same way on the same island, when only 2 should face the same way and 1 should face uncoming traffic like it used to.
