There is a very large tree that has been growing towards the main road from the verge and has topped forwards and has become dangerously low and looks like its about to snap. The larger vehicles are knocking debris off it over the last week.

Fly tipping outside the flats
9th July
Bins and furniture left outside the flats constantly, stinks soon as I open my front door. Need bin storage or something needs to be sorted! Cats rip the rubbish open everyday people are dumping furniture and this in front of my flat. Not a nice environment to see everyday and the smell is awful.

I've seen plans for closing A1(M) on Friday night for reconstruction, between Jct 7 and Jct 6. Is there any chance you can plan a litter pick in the area ? The litter start pilling up again, and I hope you won't let it in the same state as it was at the begining of the year.

Very long DEEP hole on LHS of road going towards Knebworth

This pothole has been caused due to the edge of the road being warn away over several months. It is very deep and long, and over 1 ft wide. It has been there for over 4 months and will cause significant damage to a car if it were to veer into the hole

I raised this issue back in March. There is litter scattered all along the A1(M) between Junctions 7 and 4, both northbound and southbound, including the central reservation and the sides. Additionally, two abandoned shopping bags have remained in the same spot since March. Its also deeply disappointing to see the lack of care during the recent grass cutting, which ended up spreading thousands of small pieces of litter even further.

Vehicle mounted public footpath next to zebra crossing.

My wife was picking up my child from school a few weeks ago, as she walked past the hairdressers a vehicle (the van in the image) mounted the pavement, travelling towards her sending her and my child diving out the way. Everyone in the vicinity was stood open mouthed at the audacity of the said driver. The driver of the vehicle then didnt apologise to anyone and exited the vehicle and walked towards the shops. Again parking upon a narrow pavement and on double yellow lines and only within 3-5m of the junction. This was Junction of London Road Knebworth with Milestone Road outside 4-hair.

Obstructive Parking on Double yellow lines.

The same vehicles a few days in a row. The owners obviously think that they are entitled to park here. There is no disability permit displayed in either of the vehicles. Just parents dropping off children. So the parking of both these vehicles within 10m of a junction at any time is a blatant contravention of the highways act. The parking here on a day to day basis is becoming a joke. Both these vehicles parking here in this manner hindered vehicles being able to enter St Martins Road from London Road in both directions, thus causing chaos. As there is a continuous line of vehicles exiting St Martins Road to join London Road. Traffic wardens never around when you need them and Im guessing the high level CCTV camera is not in use.!

Ref 401004532747 Thank you for your response that it has already been reported, there is an area of about 20 metres long where branches stick about 1m into the road as hasnt been cleared for years As you already know about the problem could you tell me where I can make a claim for damage done to my car with branches scratching it as I drive past as there is not enough room when large cars are parked on the street
