Evergreen Greengrocers are using the pavement to display their produce during their opening hours & then when closed leaving structures & their bin & planks of wood outside. It is an eyesore & the pavement is narrower once produce is displayed. The wooden structure once the premises is closed is an eyesore & possibly susceptible to vandalism.

This land is owned and managed by Amplius housing whose contractors will cause damage to your homes boundaries but wont carry out work to make pathways accessible. I will be emailing them this about this issue with photos if this issues affects you please do the same. Perhaps if they start using this app their contractors will start doing work which benefits all residents instead of damaging the homes of private residents.

The tree is now of immense size restricting light into properties. Although trees in the road have been pruned this one has not been touched in living memory. There is also a nuisance factor when autumn comes and it sheds leaves in great quantities. The result is danger to person when wet. Access to houses restricted due to volume of leaves.

In response to your report and closure of the report, this is NOT the home owners land - it is owned by the council I live in the property (11 Brandreth place) if it was my land, Id move the fence boundary and increase the size of my garden! If youre telling me it IS our land, please confirm this so I can extend my fence boundary and take ownership
Thanks
