Signage posts rusted through
12th June
On the southbound lane of the A1081 at the approach to the Bell Roundabout all if the signage posts have been severely rusted. The the 100 yard count down markers are both completely missing, the no stopping sign has fallen over and the HGV direction sign has a gap in the leg closest to the carriageway.
The HGV direction sign is the most concerning as if the wrist affected leg fails there is a good chance of the sign falling into the carriageway.

Roundabout on a414. The road markings have disappeared and it is very dangerous. We were nearly forced off the road by another vehicle who clearly didnt know where the lines were. Been like it for a couple of years now. Please, please fix it.

Neighbours parking is Causing vigorous damage to the verges, Health and safety hazards and potential risks of injury to children and parents walking and running around on the footpath going to nearby schools and walking home many by themselves which becomes even more dangerous in the dark winter months Parking on the green and walking footpaths not designed for cars became frequent. And finally the cars dont park effectively on the road and it would help if they had spaces clearly marked with any restrictions assigned.

The Wooden Barriers obstructing cars to turn and park on the Verge have been smashed and removed about a month ago. This Road has recently become very congested with vehicles parking everywhere, even on the green belt, verges etc.

Overgrown Vegetation - Sightline Issue

Vegetation is over growing on the verge of A1081/B556/M25 Slip Roundabout. Blocking sight line from give-way line when coming from anticlockwise M25 Off Slip up to the roundabout, unable to see oncoming traffic on the right coming from the A1081 overbridge until the last second. Traffic approaching from the bridge has a clear view to their right so often dont slow down which makes pulling away from the M25 Off Slip even more precarious. Causes unnecessary delays at an often already congested roundabout due to people being cautious, adds to queues on M25 Slip or at worse will cause a collision on the roundabout. Vegetation/sight line needs clearing.

Screws or nails all over the road STILL!

There are still boxes of screws/nails strewn across the road. As you approach the roundabout along Ridge Hill (the B556) coming from South Mimms, they are EVERYWHERE. I reported this on the other side of the roundabout two days ago! Somebody needs to come out and clear them and check the whole area! What a mess and what a disgrace that this still has not been cleared up!

Spillage of nails- urgent

There has been a spillage of nails on the A1081 as it goes across the M25 from the London Colney direction and approaches the roundabout at the junction with the B556. I have attempted to call this in as it's very urgent but HCC customer service staff cannot find the location and dont know what a nail is. I spent nearly half an hour on the phone. It's bad enough that they are on the road but if these spill onto the M25 the consequence could be a fatality. Fault ref is 401004620986
