Blocked in for 5 hrs

We are blocked in by this red car, since 9am this morning. We have tried announcements at leisure centre and at the Marlow park market and added Facebook posts to try and contact owners.
Very distressing as I have a 4yo and 9month old baby with me

5x pot holes in road and road edge

Pot holes getting worse. There are now 5 potholes / patches in the road and road edges that need fixing to in Pinecroft. Due to parked cars on the house side of the road the other edge of the road is increasingly crumbling in places

Rookery park

This problem has already been reported for weeds and overgrown grass and issues as a dumping area. My gate backs onto the park and as it stands at the moment the weeds are really high and I cannot get out of my gate. You have told the previous complainant that this is council land and have told us to go to land registry to find out who owns it. What I would like to know is where the boundary is up to for council land. This is most important as coming out of my gate. I am apparently going over someone elses land which makes no sense at all to me so can you please tell me where the boundary is for council land. I should not have to go to land registry where I will have to pay to get this information.

150 yards up from bottom of Spinfield lane
as well as a few other potholes on the road higher up.
A large amount of potholes on Spinfield lane. This is very dangerous as the road is already narrow, and there are many young school children from the nearby primary school walking along here, as well as cyclists who may have accidents as a result of these.
The issue has been present for over five months, and getting deeper and more common week by week.

You cut back the trees to allow grass cutting to take place by Marlow Town Council. As this was done in the Autumn, now the trees are in leaf, the town council cannot cut the grass and the highways department are having difficulty cleaning the road and pavement. I reference 6674679 as in the past you have denied ownership and therefore responsibility

Faulty machine - says payment accepted but didn’t

Hi. I parked at Pound Lane car park yesterday at 11 30am (LS21 JGZ). I paid 3.70 on the machine for up to 6h which after some time flashed payment accepted. Only at 1 30am did I get a notification from my card saying payment declined. I can see another customer has had the same issue so it must be a problem with the payment system on the machine. Please let me know how I can pay rather than face a fine for doing nothing wrong. Thank you.

Payment failure
6th May
Hello I used the Pound lane car park in Marlow today and thought that I had used the ticket less parking machine to pay. I paid at approximately 13:20 and paid 3.70 as I was attending a funeral and thought that I might be there for the remainder of the afternoon.
Now I have returned home, I notice on my banking app that I have not been charged.
Can I amend this situation?
