Cats eyes not relfecting
25th November
I've just driven down the M6 southbound between Junction 31 and 28. The Cats eyes were not reflecting on this section of the Monday and the lines were difficult to see due to heavy rain and darkness. Witnesses many cars swerving into other lanes as they cannot see the lane boundaries. With dark mornings/nights and worsened weather setting in this will result in serious traffic collisions if not relsoved.

This car has been parked down this street on the pavement for over 5 weeks, I have knocked on several neighbours doors but no one knows anything about it, it is parked almost opposite my garage doors and can makes it awkward to access without a bit of shunting about.
