Contentious fowling & loose dogs
in public areas
As managing director of the estate i have spoken to the tennant in unit 16 & 17 ref thuis issue , i have also spoken to his land lord matthew wallji that also has units on the estate, this seems to go on deaf ears, and they dont seem to realise it contaminated waste, this action is impacting on our contract landscaper that is now refusing to cut and maintain the common areas and out side other units due to the dog fouling , we have video and photographic evidence of the animals responsable and have presented this to them in the past, please coukld you sent a officer to the premises, the tennants are vehicle mechnnics and also feel that the accomodation for the animals is questionable, as i belive they are ther perminantly as never seen leaving with the owner. i took over the estate managment for the hse side, i feel need some local authority help on this issue. my contact number is 07808920344 and email sdmcltd@gmail.com

Overgrown Hedge - 56Fen View Stanground PE2 9QT

The residents of 56 Fen View are neglecting to cut the hedge to the property. I have to walk on the road to get by as I walk my dog and whilst walking with crutches. Can you either ask them to cut it down or can you rectify the issue as I am not comfortable walking into the road when you see some of the driving whilst entering the street, they use it as a raceway, ridiculous really. The bushes have overgrown

I am finding it difficult to walk passed the bushes on the pavement, I use crutches and when I'm walking the dog, i am getting caught up in the bush and it is snagging the crutch, causing me to trip over. Can you please rectify at the earliest convenience please. also at the bus stop, someone has tried to remove the metal sheet causing a problem for people using the bus stop. It may snag clothing or catch someone, can this be rectified at the earliest convenience please.
