Car abandoned on highway
13th June
This van has been left for weeks and hasnt moved. It looks like its abandoned with a flat tyre and rotting items inside. The road is incredibly busy with the school at the end and the van is preventing people who need to park from doing so and also preventing people from driving safely down the road. Not sure how else to report without showing the reg plate!

Lines need repainted
21st May
People who go off on the train for work are now parking within the bus stop markings at the bottom of papist way and no parking enforcements agents have been seen for months now. This is really dangerous this is on a junction and when parked there they are restricting the view going up Papist way and dangerous for school children being dropped off. Either the road marking need to be repainted or double yellow lines should be placed.

Danger to pedestrians
6th May
Between Waterloo Close and traffic light controlled railway bridge.
Overgrown shrubbery at shoulder level is invading the public highway, making it difficult and dangerous for pedestrians to pass without stepping into vehicular lanes.
This is not a verge matter, as would typically be passed on to Parish councils. It is the public highway that is obstructed as opposed to the verge, and specifically the part of the highway that forms the pedestrian footway. My understanding is that it OCC s sole responsibility.
Please do not fob this off onto either Moulsford or Cholsey Parish Councils, as they are unlikely to have the resources to fix it.
If OCC does fob it off to PC, I suggest PC simply remind OCC of their statutory responsibilities,
