Brown and black bins both numbered 354 Oldham Road, Ashton-under-Lyne contaminated with general waste and an unnumbered blue bin contaminated.All bins are kept on grass verge at side of the property (354 Oldham Road.) Also excess bagged waste left beside bins.

Cars Pavement Parking

Cars are parking half on/off the pavements on both sides of Hill Street between Portland Road South and Bentinck Street. Customers and deliveries to the Three businesses [Tire Repair, Sandwich Shop and the Bakery] are all guilty. Each business has now decided to use cones on both the pavement and the road to advertise and protect space for parking. This behaviour is forcing pedestrians, pushchair and disability scooters to use the road around the poorly parked vehicles and battle the oncoming traffic.

Parking across double white line blocking visibility.
14th May
Both vehicles consistently park on either side of the driveway which sits on the blind bend between Kings Road and Weymouth Road. It becomes really dangerous and scary trying to get out of the driveway as cars are not able to see us coming out. It completely blocks visibility. Also due to the area these cars are parking, when cars come too fast around this corner and are not expecting these cars to be parked there the cars have to go quite wide taking them into the road on the other side (driving over the double white lines). It would be useful to have double yellows on the bend up to the driveway and then visibility addressed after the driveway as the van is so large it isnt possible to see down the road when emerging out. This has been an issue with multiple cars for many years, but the red car has been sat here for 2 weeks having not moved and the van recurrently parks here for periods at a time.
