The Weather Today
Good morning! Today in the North West area of the UK, we’re looking at a rather unsettled day. Expect intermittent showers throughout the morning, with some heavier bursts potentially making an appearance around midday. The afternoon will bring a mix of sunshine and showers, but those showers will gradually ease off later in the day. It will feel quite breezy with a southwesterly wind, making it feel cooler than the actual temperatures, which will hover around 15 degrees
As we move into the evening, the skies should start to clear, setting us up for a calmer night ahead.
. 3-Day Forecast
Looking ahead to the next three days, Wednesday remains on the brighter side with sunny spells and just the odd shower here and there. Temperatures will climb slightly to around 17 degrees. Thursday will see a return of more widespread cloud cover, with light rain pushing in from the west during the afternoon, and temperatures remaining stable at 16 degrees. Finally, Friday is shaping up to be drier, with increasing amounts of sunshine as the day progresses and temperatures peaking at 18 degrees
So, a mixed bag on the horizon, but certainly some sunshine to look forward to!
