Household rubbish in the front garden
7th March
There has been rubbish left in a front garden of 29 Dovecote Lane that has been there for about 1 year, the other day I saw something crawl out from under the mattress and rummage through the rubbish that looked like a possible rat or a mouse, would it be possible to get the rubbish removed as I feel this rubbish is providing shelter for the rodents.

Temporary traffic lights badly positioned.
5th February
When travelling out of Mossley you can't see the traffic lights until you are on top of them. When they turn red traffic queue up causing an obstruction so cars heading into Mossley cannot procede. When the lights change cars heading out of Mossley are then blocked by cars that couldn't get through before. The lights need to be moved down the hill or roadside parking needs prohibiting.

This morning my tyre hit one so badly it split open my entire tyre. My car was instantly undrivable, Ive missed a full day at work because I was stranded in uppermill until a family member could come to take me to a garage.
