10 inch potholes on g Fishwick St
near Ainsworth St
There are quite a few potholes on Fishwick Street, roughly about 10 inches in size, they have damaged my front bumper as I didnt see them in time to avoid, there are 3 potholes in total, 2 near Ainsworth Street and 1 near Dobson Street. They have been there for several weeks.

I was driving from Union Street along Hunters Lane, Rochdale going towards The Baum pub and there is a massive dip in the road. It is uneven and took my front bumper skirt off. This needs looking into before it causes any other damage to another cars.

There are ALWAYS vehicles illegally parked for takeaways etc at night and early evening. Why don't the rules apply to everyone? The road is unsafe because of the vehicles using this as a makeshift free for all waiting area, there are double yellows for a reason. Please sort this out. Many use the pavement half on too.

The drain in road has been blocked for quite some time resulting in rain water getting into our Cellar. We have had our walls and floors tanked but every time it rains water finds a way in and this is only due to the drain fully blocked at side of our property. Please can this be seen to asap as its causing damage to our property.

10+Cars and recovery truck parked on street by local car workshops. Making parking for residents and patients trying to access doctors surgery very difficult and dangerous because of how the long vehicle is usually parked.

Local car works shops operate here and leave all their business use cars parked all around the streets . There is a doctors surgery nearby which has high traffic . Yellow lines and dropped kerbs everywhere make it impossible to find anywhere to park. Why dont you use your workshops to park vehicles. One garage owner admitted he has 15 vehicles!!! That is his responsibility to find a suitable solution to park these vehicles and not expect lical residents to be inconvenienced.

Unknown local resident keeps putting locks and chains on a disabled gate which is designated as an accessible public right of way between Rochdale canal and junction with M. Farady Avenue. This selfish action has caused untold problems for the elderly, families with prams and those with additional access needs. If required, this access point should be secured with a RADAR scheme accessible lock.
