Abandoned vehicle

This vehicle does not belong to any of the residence and has been left here for over 6 weeks now, it is parked in a restricted parking area and is causing traffic issues during the day, as the area has a large volume of heavy goods turning from the work site opposite. There is a sign saying broken due to key issues, but this has been here far to long now and can only assume its abandoned, there are also local residents that park here and cannot at the moment.

Dog fouling on pavement

There are regular large amounts of dog poo left on the pavement for people to walk in! This happens directly outside the Boys office which is not good for business as it gives a bad impression, but also further up Todd Carr Road too. It is unhygienic.

Drain full of rubble

Two drains are full to the top with rubble and the water cannot drain away. First is right in front of the footpath access to stag hills woods from Bacup Rd, second is outside 466. Washes rubble down from the woods ALL the time.
