Overgrown bush obstructing pavement
8th June
I originally reported this in October 2023!! And the issue has not been dealt with. This is at 23 Stannycliffe Lane. This bush is infringing onto pedestrian access and obstructing the access .... its almost taking up half the pavement!! And in winter the branches are a danger to pedestrian and animals walking past. This needs dealing with because to take this long since reporting it back in October 2023 is disgusting!!

The bin men could not get through so our bins have not been emptied. We are also concerned that a fire engine would not get through if it needed to.

Multiple potholes and damaged tarmac
27th May
Multiple potholes and extensively damaged tarmac the length of the road by the park. This is impossible to cycle over safely when descending the road from any direction, even when braking significantly. I've had two punctures and come off once - thankfully only incurring road rash. Please could this be resurfaced soon as part of Oldham Council's road repairs? It doesn't need individual pot hole repairs - it's increasingly dangerous to the many cyclist and scooter users of the lane, and needs completely resurfacing at the bottom.

Garage using public footpath as workspace and parking space
20th May
Garage on corner of hanson and springvale is blocking footpath with cannibalised cars. Been going on for months and nobody cares. I saw a woman and small child narrowly avoid being hit by an oncoming car after stepping out into the road because they couldn't see down springvale because of the vehicle parked on the corner

Parking cars on double yellow lines and leaving work rubbish on pavement
8th May
The garage has been parking cars on the double yellow line lines a lot (pictures are from two separate occasions), making it difficult for people with pushchairs or shopping trollies to safely cross the road. People are having to walk around the cars and into the road to get past the front of the garage. Also cant see if cars are coming from round the corner so makes it unsafe for people to cross the road as you cant see if a car is going to come round the corner until its already turning. This problem has been going on for a couple of months, since the garage opened.

Removal of litter bin on car park on Mill Brow?
4th May
I don't understand what cost cutting exercise Oldham Council is using, pinching pennies by removing litter bins so they don't have to pay someone to empty. But Mill Brow car park is and has been for many years used by people to come and eat their takeaways etc, only now it's littered all over the carpark and beyond. To the point we're arriving home to find litter in the garden that's blown over here. It went from 2 bins on there, to just one... Always I might add, FULL. So, you can imagine the mess that's now amassing! This is poor Oldham Council.
