An inspection cover between 203 and 205 deby road has been reset at a level above the surrounding road level creating a bump in the gutter area, which when a large vehicle travels over it produces a loud boom noise at all times of the day. The loose manhole cover prsvioysly reported in July 2024 and subsequently fixed
has come loose again and is clanking loudly every time a vehicle drives over it. It is causing a significant noise pollution distrubance to residents in the surrounding area again throughout the day and especially at night.in
