I reported the issue with the roadway some two years ago...response 'We'll monitor'. There are two distinct areas where EVERY vehicle that passes sounds like a train going over rail connections. Where an HGV is involved, the crashing sounds of their suspensions is loud and obtrusive. I have noticed, lately, that Wheelwright House actually shudders when such HGV's bounce over the gaps! Massive hole in the road. Been like this for months now I keep reporting and no one does anything about it. Its massive and causing damage to cars.

This is a dead tree which is overhanging the Garden and shed of 4 Vickers Close Rothwell. The tree is situated on land adjacent to the footpath

outside of the Boundary of 4 Vickers Close. On Glendon Road

The tree is pushing on the back fence of 4 Vickers Close, and when the wind blows it moves the fence. There is a real problem that if we have high winds or a storm that this tree could fall into the garden and potentially hit the house. The tree needs removing.

Large potholes developing again. Had temp fix about 2 months ago. It was so bad police coned it off. Road is collapsing again. Probably due to high volume of traffic of Lorries and cars. Overgrown private hedge in pavement

5th June

This is a reoccurring issue from No17 Castle Hill who every year allow thier hedge to block the pavement. This hedge blocks a main route between the 2 schools and the public are often forced onto the road posing a public safety issue. The path is no longer wide enough for pram users. I understand the resident was instructed last year however have clearly not had an impact moving forward after allowing it to become overgrown again.

I’m reporting this loose nuisance drain cover on behalf of the adj residents

The drain cover was lifted last year for maintenance of some sort , since then it clonks loudly whenever a vehicle drives over it , it has been reported to me at Rothwell town council by several adj residents, who are getting interrupted sleep , and I have witnessed the noise myself CLLR Karl Sumpter RTC 07889841015
