Garage on the road

Someone has started using Harrier Drive at Ferndale, Eaglestone as a garage where commercial trucks are parked and are being repaired for weeks now. Parking and repairing commercial trucks on the road is dangerous and there's no parking for residents. Please help.

This seems to be a major isscor as well as very dangerous obstacle on the road which looks very unsafe and a safety factor for passing pedestrians and cars,been on the estate for a month least,the base it's parked looks very weak and unstable and could possibly in windy weather push over the boat into the parked cars or the road,i would think it be safer if this was parked in a secure place out off public highways.

Cars parked all along road in the clearway, no gaps between cars to be able to give way to oncoming traffic so potential for collision, either properly enforce or make designated bays to allow for passing places for traffic.
