Keep Clear Road Markings required at the entrance to East Malling Trust Site

Could i please request keep clear road markings to be painted on the junction to Chapel Street / Entrance to East Malling Trust Site. Due to its close proximity to the infamously traffic clogged East Malling high street, during morning and evening rush hour traffic backs up beyond the entrance preventing people from gaining access in or out of the site, adding more chaos to the congestion making its way through the high street. Although this may seem a minor issue to the masses, it could potentially be another small easy step in easing the traffic flow issues through the tight high street.

Overgrown vegetation
28th April
Trees and vegetation on the motorway embankment next to Sedley Close are overhanging people's gardens and alleyway and have been allowed to grow to the extent it now blocks the sun for large portions of the day.
During the winter dead branches fell into our garden and we have ivy hanging off the trees and now growing into our rear fence.
The tops of the trees require cutting back as does any overgrowing vegetation into people's gardens.

Parked on double yellow

This car is parked over double yellows and we cant park our vehicles on our drive as it blocks the angle for cars and vans to get onto the drive when people park on the yellows which happens every day. This needs to be a red line to avoid people parking there as no one takes notice of the yellow lines down this road

Light shines into my bedroom

There is a light directly opposite my house on the n20 that is facing my bedroom window & keeps me awake at night as it shines very brightly. The bulb has just recently been replaced so its even brighter. Please can you light be tilted away from the houses so its not directly pointing towards my window

Overgrown vegetation obstructing house
23rd July
I spoke to tonbridge and mailing council about a huge tree leaning scarily close to my house that has been bending in the wind over my house and is obstructing signal. I also contacted them about overgrown vegetation behind my garden causing vermin and excessive weight on my garden fence causing it to bow. The council said the particular land in question is owned by you and I need to contact you. There were 2 men cutting back vegetation on the walkway the other night and my husband approached them and they said they work for you and we need to contact you to resolve this.
