For several months now, the area in front of the building has been used as an illegal dumping site. Items range from furniture to food waste, and the result has been a growing infestation of rats and insects. This is not a recent developmentthe situation has been steadily worsening and is now directly affecting my apartment, where Ive begun to notice rats entering.
The attached photo shows garbage that has remained untouched for over a month. This is not only a health and safety hazard, but also something I feel responsible for reporting

Falling large twiggs / small branch

Large twig / small branch measuring over a meter in length and 1inc-2inc in thickness fell from the tree directly outside Stamford Brook station on to station forecourt. luckily no customers were travelling in or out of station at the time but this could have caused injury on station property. The tree overhangs over station boundaries. can you please trim the tree back please and cut back any loose branches .
