The garbage (recycling) on Portland Road has not been collected from number 1 to 34. Your website says that the reason is "road works", for which we residents are not to blame. Yes, there are indeed road works, but it is very interesting how the food bins were thrown away and there was no "road works" for them, but there is for recycling. By this logic, next week the garbage, paper and cardboard may not be collected either. These road works do not depend on us, the residents here, and we are the victims. We must to pay the council tax , and the garbage is not collected. This is ridiculous and, to put it mildly, unfair.
