Please can someone explain what these markings are for ? They are literally on my street trading pitch where I have my business THE STAND.
This was done on Monday 9th - tempo guys said they are mapping out !!! But what is it please. Im obviously very anxious. My street trading officer David Ryan doesnt know any thing about this. Could you maybe see what this means.

This litter in gutter appeared after waste collection occurred on Mon 26 May ,likely to have been dropped when collection taking place. Despite weekly cleaning promise this has not happened and waste is still here. This is why Merton is known as the dirty borough. When are we going to receive a good street cleaning service ?

Huge pile of uncollected waste & flytipping see items that don’t fit in a bin

A Merton council bin that is always at the road end of the alley way is permanently overflowing. I believe resident of 8 The High street along their rubbish in and around that bin when their collection point is actually the High street (where their front door is). The bin is now on the street but all the waste slung around it is still there. Massive health & safety risk for residents and restaurants alike. Rats regularly spotted. Please can you find who is responsible for this and put a stop to it?? There is a meeting council sign in the alleyway threatening 50k for fly tipping - why do you never enforce?

25 lts paint drum and a refuse bag (second time!)

The paint drum comes from painting renovations done by No9 Haven Close as directly across the road is a house rebuild but they have their own skip so it's not them! This is on the corner of Castle way and Haven close. ALSO today the refuse cleaner dropped a lot of rubbish on the road and did not clean it up!!!

Many dog owners do not clean up after their dogs

I have been walking our sons dog for about five days around Rushmere Pond and have seen at about three dog owners who have failed to pick up their dogs poop. Could you please put up more signs stating that it is against the law and that a fine can be imposed if they do not clear up after their dogs I have not taken any photographs of the owners or dogs and they have been all been men and could turn violent.
